HI! Okay, BYE!

Can I find a way to accept myself for who I really am. I don't want to deny my heart it's chance to feel, I don't want to deny my soul of something real.

Finally all my results for Diploma are out.

4 High Distinctions, 2 Distinctions & 2 Credits.

Pretty happy with them. Hahahaha.

 

 

And so, another chapter of my life has come to an end. Done with Diploma. Now with 4 months of holidays, I'm gonna start my part time job the week after next. After that, back to school again.

 

Murdoch University and then, I am off to pursue my ultimate dream. Hope all goes well. Gosh, we are all growing too fast. Must enjoy the moments before it's all just memories.

Hey, hope everyone is doing good. Remember, try to be appreciative of what you have =)

 





 

Went hiking at Macritchie today. Was completely great! Such a large space of vast greenery.

Very tiring but fun. Finally got to walk on the treetop bridge which I have been wanting to do since years ago.

 

Well worth it! Heeeeee.

 

This is as much saving as it can get from the disaster I created to my hair.

I brainlessly went shave my side shorter as I was pretty disatisfied and created a bloody bald patch!

 

And to top it of, I did it right before I had to leave for class. For a week I had to use black eye shadow to colour that hole. LoL.

 

Went to re-shave my hair again and it's pretty much disguised now. I learnt 3 things from this experience.

 

1. DO NOT by any means, try to cut your hair yourself.

2. There is a reason why people go to school to learn how to cut hair, and get to charge for it.

3. Cutting hair does not follow logic. Scissors and hair, cut. You think it will turn out this way, but it almost always turn out a complete disaster.

I may not have many years to say that I know how life should be nor do I hold the formula for attaining a successful life. But with the life I've led thus far, I somehow have a glimpse of what a happy life is. I think being brought up in a competitive society like Singapore, we tend to worry and plan for the future constantly. Though yes it is important, I feel many forget to actually enjoy the current moments, some even let it pass by without taking a second to acknowledge it.

In Singapore, we are told that we have to be the Best. However, the 'Best' can only be so many, not everyone is destined for it nor even desire it. Being the Best is one thing, staying the Best is another. If we are always to be the Best, I bet life would be really stressful and uncertain. I don't want to lead a life like that. Singapore itself, so rich,  has so many 'best' titles, yet, holds one of the most unhappy societies in the world. It is clear. isn't it?

I pray to God that when I enter the working world, I will love the job I am doing. This is a portion of a successful life to me. As I once heard, if you do the job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life.

But like most things, I leave it to God. He has definitely guide me through my life. He knows all my fears and insecurities.

Although I do confess that I sometimes put too much thought into the future, I always remind myself to enjoy the moments. I don't want to look back and think, why did I worry so much. I could have been happier. Time lost is never to be taken back again.

Study! Study! Study!

Went to find my bro of 4 years after school today. Teehee! So touched that he took leave esp to meet me. So happy when I woke up today cause can meet. ^^

Went to watch Gangster Squad, super boring movie! We kept talking in the cinema, and I think pissed off a few audience in front of us =X.

He baked fruit tarts which was sooo delicious! Love him so much!!

On another note, Accounting quiz is coming up. I am sooo lost!! I understand, but some parts, I'm just plain confused. =( It's just me and my relationship with Maths, we cannot understand each other fully. I feel like crying, someone please help me!!

School have started! Time to be serious & focus (yes I will, yes I will. LoL). Seems like a jump from foundation studies. It is fast paced. But, I can do it! Teehee!

I want to write a post about how 2012 was for me (like I always do). 2012 had been an awesome year for me =).

 

First of, I spent half of it in the States. It was june of 2012 that I finally flew back and completed my 1 year NSF term in Arizona, USA. 2012 was also the first time I got to fly the SIA Airbus 380 aircraft. To me, it's a lifetime highlight.^^

 

2012 was also the year I ORD! That was definitely a big deal! Hehe. Back to being a civilian once more, freedom! The last year was also when I got back to school. Kaplan Academy. I will be a student for the majority of 2013 as well. Study!

 

I also finally went to Thailand! Yesss I am in love with the country. Sawaddeekrup! Also, not forgetting the fanstatic concerts I attended. Finally I saw 2ne1 in concert!! HEHE! And, JLO.

 

I fell in love in 2012 as well =) It didn't work out, but that's okay. I just entered adulthood, I have a lot to learn, and one day, I will be ready.

 

So glad the people I love most are still in my life. =) Got to know many new great people this year too^^ 2012 had been, a very, very good year =DDD
