Hey people!

I haven't blogged for a week! I've been too tired these pass few days. Blame it on school though. HAHA. Okay, I know I diss about school A LOT. Alright alright, got to admit, school is sometimes fun with wonderful friends and when there's practical.



The last weekend, Deidrea, Junhao and myself met up and headed to Marina Square. I forgot why we went there! Oh mans, this is what you get when you wanna blog about your weekend which was actually days ago. LOL. I remembered there was a game competition show on and the 3 of us got a great view from the mall's food court. HAHA. Street Fighter was the game played at that timing.

There was a modelling show at the club that day, Deidrea was taking lots of pics and going crazy over the Male models. Her favourite got in 2nd. Their 'rock boyband' performance was kinda cheesy and awkward though. LOL.



The next day, I met up with Deidrea to watch High School Musical 3. We were the only 2 teenagers in the cinema! The rest were kids and their parents. Lol.



Both of us were like childish idiots eager for the movie to start. There were lots of advertisements I tell ya!



The movie was nice. Great songs. Sad it's the last one. And Sharpay, she's such a comedian and a bit*h! LOVE HER. HAHA.



Halloween is approaching! This year we will be celebrating it at the Halloween party at the club. We went down to Masquerades to find the outfits. Here's some of the few costumes I tried on(don't laugh!)....

Hi ya'll!

School is tiring and boring. Can't wait for my weekends!

Today, school ended early(YIPEE!). So, yokechoo and me decided to hang out! She wanted to buy new shoes as well. We took a bus down to Marina Square. One thing I like about my school area is that there are direct buses to places like Vivocity, Orchard and Marina Square. HAHA.



After purchasing YC's brand new TinkerToes shoes and walking aimlessly around Marina Square, we decided to drop by Esplanade. One of my favourite places besides Airport! LOL. We went to slack at Passion Cafe in the esplanade library.



I ordered a strawberry milkshake and a brownie while yokechoo had cafe latte accompanied with 3 chocolate eclairs. The cost $15 in total! Kinda expensive huh...

While consuming our heavenly treats, Yokechoo said her eclairs were too dry and tried to add some foam from her cafe latte(a weird combination don't ya think?). But, the eclair slipped off her fork and dropped directly into her drink. LOL! I laughed lik crazy. Another funnier situation happened but she swore me not to blog about it. HAHA. It was super funny!



As Yokechoo and myself were at Esplanade, we were in the mood for some artistry. Here are our 'creations'!

Here Come The Girls!

Hey People!

I finally bought the new Sugababes album and it ROCKS! It is the best record of theirs by far. It's different.. in a good way.



Sadly, Sugababes isn't as popular in Singapore than other parts of the world.. predominently Europe(where they are the #1 girlband). For those who's not familiar with the babes, let me give you a brief introduction.

They debuted at year 2000 and have 6 albums so far. They have 5 no.1 hit singles and has sold over 20 million copies worldwide.

They were crowned the Most Successful Girlband Of The 21st Century, been through 2 line-up changes, been in the Guinness Book of World Records... twice. One for being the first band to have #1 positions on the album charts, single charts and download charts at the same time. The other.. I forgot. HAHA.



Their new album, Catfights and Spotlights, shows the babes venturing into a different genre.. Retro/Pop. And, the results are amazing!

A Bunch Of Wasted People

Salutations!

I just got my typhoid injection. I was quite nervous of getting it initially cause needles and me... not on good terms. But, I was shocked(and really relieved) when it didn't hurt one bit! So future typhoid takers, ain't nothing to be worried about. Haa!

Met up with my club-addicted pals during the pass weekend.




That night was mad. All 4 of us got drunk! Thanks to the fastest-drinker competition we had. We probably looked like idiots that night. LOL. Nothing like low-class, retard-looking fun!



Anyway, on a more glamorous note, a photographer of the club asked my friends and me for a picture for the club website and here it is(after 10 years)!

TGIF... not!

Hey people!

why TGIF.. not? Because I am not having my weekend holidays yet! Tomorrow(a saturday)I have to still report to school at 7.30am because of bloody World Skills. Urgh. Such a bad way to start the term.

Anyway, today I had to wake up early for the 2nd day of the World Skills competition. Got ready, stepped out of my house and something caught my eye. There was a big black cloud of smoke coming from Tampines central!



As I reached Tampines interchange, there were ambulances and police cars. It confirmed my suspicion that it was a fire. Hopefully no one got cooked though.



Steve and I reached school freaking late, but before reaching the location to report(sia huat room), Mr Koh called Steve to help him. That means I had to enter the class alone! I thought I was gonna get some nagging and scolding from Mr Chairul. But, I entered and blended into the rest of the class. The teacher didn't even know I was late. Haha. Or maybe he just didn't care.. I don't know.



Did some service for World Skills. Opening the door for guests/judges/runners/cameraman/some unknown people was mostly what I had to do. An easy but tiring-on-the-arms job!



Now, my arms and legs are aching. Running up and down carrying plates and chairs for Ms Desiree have definitely contributed to it. LOL.



As I made my way home, I walked pass the burnt site of Tampines central. I joined the crowd of kay-po Singaporeans and took a picture. The image below shows what's left of one of the shops affected by the fire. And! I ordered 2 boxes of contacts lenses worth $50 from one of the shops, and it's burnt down too! DAMN! I already paid!



That shop somehow better get my contact lenses. No chance!

Britney's Back B*tch

Hey ya'll!

School has started and life's been busy like a bee! The actual World Skills competition is taking place this Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Yes, I have to go to school on Saturday too! That's such a big NO NO for my weekends.



Well, don't think I'm gonna blog about school cause it's been boring these pass few days. So today, I wanna blog briefly about a celebrity ya'll should know, either good in a good way or bad. It's......

BRITNEY SPEARS!



Okay, why her you might be wondering. Well, she IS a mega superstar and lots of people are anticipating her return. After a crazy pass year of head shaving, hospital admitions, family drama, court visits, etc, most of us thought it was probably the end of this legendary performer. Somehow, among all that craziness, Briney came back last year with an amazing album, Blackout.

However, she disppointed fans by not touring the album or performing any of the singles live except for the infamous lackluster Gimme More performance at the 2007 VMAs.

But once again, she proved us all wrong and came back this year with the undoubtly catchy single, Womanizer.

Last Days Of Holidays

Greeting ya'll!

Okay, school's officially reopening TOMORROW! My 1 month holiday is gone just like that. *Snap* and it's over( =( ). Don't you guys find it unfair that time passes quick when we are having fun and slow when we're not? It's an inbalance people! It should be the other way around. HAHA.

Well, at least I can say I spent my holidays well. It ain't wasted away!

Yesterday, the usual friends(Gloria, Junhao, Deidrea and myself) headed down to our favourite-place-to-go-on-weekends. Haha. Deidrea flashed us her new digital camera! Okay, I'm envious. Pictures are much clearer and better.



Gloria and me were the guinea pigs for testing the new camera's quality, flash and so on. Do ignore our spastic facial expression. LOL.



Last night, Deidrea and Gloria got professional and ordered 2 jugs of Orange Vodka. Not bad, getting more matured clubber-ish. LOL. Orange Vodka was nice(tasted like a mixture of sunkiss orange juice and vodka. Haha.)!



We slacked at a nearby food centre after the night ended. Got into quite deep topics that freak us all out. Not gonna say what though. LOL.

Alright, this is the last post of my holidays!! Okay, I should stop whining now.

Class BBQ

Hey ya'll!

I'm quite sad as school is repening in 2 days time! Back to waking up early in the morning and making my 1 n a half hours journey to school. But, on the bright side, wait, there isn't any...

Yesterday was my class BBQ. I met up with Yokechoo and Stella at Eunos mrt station. We were like so late. Supposed to meet at 3.30. We reached around, 4.45 instead? LOL.



Steve wanted us to wait for him, Eric and Gerald. So while waiting, we decided to camwhore!



Made our way to the BBQ pit. When we arrived, I was quite shock to see only like 15 people? I was told many had already left and some were coming late in the evening. Where's the class unity people?! Haha. But at least the food was to die for.



Of all, I love the BBQ chicken the most. It's the best I've had so far! Like seriously..



After 2 hrs or less, Stella, Yokechoo and myself decided to head down to Marina Square. We reached and did some window shopping. During dinner, Stella and Yokechoo ordered over $30 worth of Dim Sum. I got to eat some. YUMS! LOL.

Junk Food Mania

Hey People!

My brother is back from camp this whole week! But I managed to sneakily use his computer and uploaded the images. LOL. Now, my blog is about 3 weeks old! Time flies. Haha. Ok maintain.

Yesterday, Gloria, Junhao and I went to meet Coewe at East Point. It's been 10 years since we last saw Coewe! Hmm, actually the last time we saw her was August of this year but still, it felt like 10 years! Haha.



We went to eat dinner and did some shopping. While we were walking around the mall, we came across this shop called Value Store or something like that. The store sold things at a super cheap price! Example, 3 Hello Panda biscuit cost only $2! We went mad and bought lots and lots of junk food. Haha. I bought 2 big packets of Mamee Monsters, 3 Hello Pandas, A packet of Jelly,1 packet of M&Ms and a Sneakers Chocolate Bar. It only costed $7!



Later, we went under a void deck of a flat and started our 'picnic'. LOL. We chatted and slacked till like 2am. Then, we made our way to Junhao's house. I wanted to borrow the Avril Lavigne dvd. Quite excited to watch the dvd though I saw her perform when she came to Singapore. Haha.



While we were making our way to JH's house, we stop over at Macdonald's for another meal. Mans, I can't stop my fast food addiction. HAHA.

OK, gotta go for class bbq soon!

World Skills

Hey ya'll!

I just got home not too long ago and I'm exhausted! I spent almost the whole day out with only 4 hours of sleep the night prior. So well, what did I do today? I went to school. Urghh. 4 other classmates and myself had to report to school(at 10am!) today as they needed help for the World Skills Competition.

The World Skills Competition is a significant event held every year and my school is taking part. Just to let ya'll know, I am NOT participating. I just had to be an assistant for the participants. Haha. Whatever they told me to do, I have to do. Somehow, I feel like a dog.



So glad Yokechoo and Steve were also down to help. If not, it'll be soo boring! Each of us were assigned to our leaders and started preparation. I was quite nervous because I thought it would be very complicating and if I did anything wrong, it will also affect my leader's peformance. Thankfully, mine was kind and explained everything vividly. LOL.



Get to camwhore a little while preparing. HAHA.



After preparation is done, the competition starts. I didn't knew how important it was until I saw cameramen coming in! They placed about 10 cameras in the whole restaurant and one directly pointing at my leader and me! Hopefully I didn't do any dumb or stupid actions/faces. LOL.



When the competition ended, it was already 5pm! We had to clean the restuarant and wash all the cutlery and dishes as well. I HATE stewarding!

When we were released(which was about 6 plus!), yokechoo and me headed to town. She went to collect her pay. She says she's gonna treat me a movie. YIPEE! Haha. We later had our dinner, did a little window shopping and that's the end of a tiring, long day.

Best Place In Singapore

Hey Hey!

I didn't blog the pass few days as my brother came back from camp. If he is back from camp, I can't blog! Well, I can but there'll be no pictures(which will be soo mundane). Why you might ask. For some strange reason, my phone loves only his computer. It only uploads photos in his computer. Strange isn't it?
Thus, when he's back from camp, he'll be using his com, making it inconvienient for me to do my uploading. And he usually returns home on weekends, so, no blogging on the weekends!



Today, I met up with Irys and Junhao. We planned to go to Changi Airport and I was estatic! I LOVE going to the airport. It's the Best Place In Singapore(well, at least to me). Haha. I dream to work in the Airline Industry so that could be one of the reasons for my unusual love for the airport. LOL.



At the airport, we met Gloria. She told us that she had a surprise companion with her. Junhao and myself were guessing who it was. Gloria's sister, mother, tuition teacher, fren, cousin were a few we thought could be the mystery person. In the end is was Ezekell, Gloria's Brother's baby. LOL.



We took away our dinner and ate at the viewing mall of T2. Ezekell was a cutie! Amazed and excited about everything. And she laughs everytime I said... 'RIGHT?!'. Somehow, she found that funny. HAHA.



As ya'll may notice, my hair is shorter now. Went for a haircut yesterday. I told the hairstylist to shorten my sides, spike my top and chop off my whole fringe. The first time I looked into the mirror, I was like.. 'what did I just do?'. But now, I quite like it. Haha. Actually, it's not much difference anyway.
